Beloved teenage TikTok star Anna Grace Phelan has tragically passed away at the age of 19, following a courageous battle with brain cancer.
The heartbreaking news was shared with her 150,000 TikTok followers in a touching statement posted to her account:
“It is with great sadness to announce that our beautiful daughter, Anna Grace Phelan, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.”
The post continued, honoring Anna Grace’s strength and unshakable faith:

Anna Grace was first diagnosed with glioblastoma, a rare and aggressive brain tumor, in September of last year—just days before she was to begin her first year of college, according to The Mirror.
What began with slurred speech and numbness quickly progressed. She shared her symptoms openly:
“I started having vision problems in my left eye. The numbness in my face and leg is still here. My speech started to seem weird. My head’s very foggy,” she told her followers.
Calling it the “hardest news” she had ever received, Anna Grace continued to show remarkable courage even as her condition worsened. In an emotional update on May 14, she revealed:
“Things haven’t been good. My tumor grew and it’s in the area where I can’t breathe. It can’t be operated on.”
Yet her hope never faded.
“It would take a miracle, but I’m not giving up yet. If you keep praying for me, I think that I’ll make it.”
